Terms of Service

last updated May 6, 2026

1. Use of Service

My Suspiria lets you submit personal story inputs and receive generated song outputs. You may only use the service lawfully and may not submit content that is abusive, illegal, or infringes others' rights.

When you upload a cover image to replace the one we generated, you confirm that you own the rights to use it or have the necessary permission, and that it is not abusive, infringing, or in violation of these terms. We may remove or replace any uploaded image that breaks these rules.

2. Accounts and Ownership

You are responsible for activity on your account. You retain rights in your original inputs. Generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to these terms and third-party platform rules.

Marking a song public creates a shareable link at mysuspiria.com/s/<slug> and grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, stream, and reference that song on our site, in our example gallery, and in marketing materials, including social previews. Switching the song back to private revokes the share link going forward; previously cached previews may persist briefly outside our control. Songs that remain private are never used for promotion.

Each one-time order includes one free retake within twenty-four hours of delivery, intended for cases where the song doesn't feel like yours. Past takes are kept in your library so you can return to a previous version. We may decline additional retakes beyond the first to keep the offer sustainable; further regenerations may be offered at our discretion.

3. Payments

One-time purchases and recurring subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Pricing, taxes, and payment-method handling are governed by Lemon Squeezy checkout terms in addition to this agreement.

4. Ember subscription

Ember is an optional monthly subscription that includes two new artifacts each month and one free echo of one of your past stories. Songs created during your Ember period are kept in your library permanently, regardless of whether you continue.

You can cancel any time from your account settings or the link in every Ember email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; until then, you keep full access. Unused monthly artifacts that remain at the end of a paid period are forfeited and do not roll into the next period or into a refund. Past charges for completed months are not retroactively refunded on cancellation.

5. Refunds

We offer a twenty-four-hour return window beginning when your delivery email is sent. To request a refund, email artur@mysuspiria.com from the address on the order, including the order id and a short description. Each request is reviewed by us, and refunds are granted at our discretion when the request fits within the window and the circumstances are reasonable.

When a refund is granted, the charge is released through Lemon Squeezy and the recording is taken offline. For a triptych purchase, a refund applies to all three songs as one purchase; we do not refund individual songs from a triptych. Refunds are not available beyond the twenty-four-hour window except where required by law. Subscription fees follow the cancellation rules in section 4 rather than this window.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or limit service to protect users, prevent abuse, or maintain system integrity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Suspiria is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
