1. Data We Collect

We collect account data (name, email), story-intake answers, order metadata, generated lyrics/audio/image assets, any cover image you upload to replace the generated one, subscription state for Ember (status, current period, monthly allotment), and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the product.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to generate songs, deliver results, operate accounts and subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We send operational emails to your account address: order confirmations, delivery, monthly Ember echoes, subscription receipts, and a single recovery note if a checkout was started but not completed. We do not sell personal data.

3. Processors

We rely on third-party processors to operate the service: an email delivery provider for transactional mail; cloud object storage for generated audio, images, and any cover image you upload; AI model providers for lyrics, music, and image generation; a database hosting provider; and an analytics provider when enabled. Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record for one-time purchases and Ember subscriptions; their checkout terms and privacy notice apply to the payment information you provide to them.

4. Retention and Security

We retain data as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
